It works basically with one knob and major functions are controlled by it. Which makes it somewhat hard to use. So it is better to use it through a voice command or through its remote on the application.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

A few common problems are mentioned below:

• If the LCD showing flashes and is improper:

If the LCD of the remote thermostat is showing flashes or partial screen then the first reason is its battery is getting week. Replacing the battery is the solution. The screen could not be giving any response o can simply get blank.

• If the thermostat is showing incorrect temperature reading:

This can be repaired by a properly trained person from the company. It can be basically due to airflow from the backside of the wall or airflow is very less than normal or a heat-producing device is placed nearby. 

The issue can be resolved by placing the temperature probe on the bottom of the thermostat which is on the temperature sensor. After finding the correct reading, under mentioned steps should be followed:

Four Button Model: Press the MODE and DOWN button together, all the icons will appear on the screen. Then press the MODE button once or twice, this will show the current temperature. Use UP and DOWN keys to rectify the temperature. Press the MODE button again to exit.

• How to Control the thermostat if the wifi is not working:

The thermostat will show the sign of a lack of connectivity. In this case, you have to set your wifi system, restart the wifi and adjust the thermostat manually until the wifi gets fixed.

• Can the thermostat be restart without losing Data: 

Yes, the thermostat can be restarted and it will not lose the schedule it has learned. In reference to the Nest and Ecobee thermostats.

• How to Identify that the thermostat is having some problem:
