How to program a Lux programmable thermostat
Step 1
You should first open the thermostat and proceed to press the “reset” button using a pointy object such as an open paper clip.
Step 2
Turn the dial the “day/Time” to set the appropriate or correct time. You can achieve this by pressing the UP button to enable you to change the date. You can then proceed to press NEXT to be able to set the correct time by pressing the UP and DOWN keys.
Step 3
Using the touchscreen, move the dial to “set weekday Program.”
Step 4
Determine what the appropriate temperature is for you during the day and night. Also, check to see the default temperature and see if they work for you.
Step 5

How to troubleshoot the Lux thermostat

Ensure that the thermostat is turned off by turning off the electricity.
To expose the thermostat, remove the cover then the front part.
To avoid any confusion, write down the letters near the terminals of the wire as well as the color of the wire that is connecting it. Match these colors and letters with that on the thermostat.

Remove the old thermostat
