Yeah the plant is 4.2 million square feet!
That is almost 100 football fields, which is enough for any plant! Because yup everything is bigger in Texas.
Goodman even makes its own screws that go into their units!

Ok so what is a two stage gas valve and what It does?
So a two stage gas valve is a furnace that has the ability to have two different outputs provided.
Right, but what’s its use?
Well we size a gas furnace for the worst case scenario or the coldest day of the year. We want to be able to heat the home during the coldest snowiest days enough that it becomes comfy.
But, what happens when it’s not too cold? Like 50 degrees and rain and we still need some warmth. That’s when the 2 stage gas furnace will shine bright.
